What goes into color correcting? How should you prep your project to be color corrected? What is the history of color correction, how is it done today and where is it going? Camera choices? Working with multiple cameras. We got into all of this and more with Charles Haine who is the co-founder of Dirty Robber (http://www.dirtyrobber.com) In addition to post production, Charles is an instructor for advanced cinematography at Los Angeles City College, and is an instructor in advanced cinematography and color grading at Columbia College, Hollywood. This fall he will be teaching a special course in stereoscopic cinematography (like the stuff they did in Avatar!). He is also a graduate of USC’s MFA program. Like all technical episodes, Brian Gramo (stream.tv founder) was giddy as can be and jumped into the interview a little more then usual.
