We Love Our Guests

Hey, Health Afficionados.

I’d like to thank the guest of our first show, Pamela Randolph. Pam is a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She also is Pre- and Post- Natal certified (no that that doesn’t mean she was certified before birth-watch the show to find out what it does mean) and she is certified in Integrative Flexibility Training. She has her own company and dance class both called Hoolalahoop Fitness and Dance. You can contact her directly at hoolalahoops@hotmail.com.

What a great guest. Pam showed us how to hula hoop our way out of back pain and depression into a nice firm 2-pack and a wide grin. Bye bye love handles, hello endorphins.

Join us next week at 6:00 PM (PST) when we visit with Deborah Novak, UCLA Nutritionist and Registered Dietician. We are going to take a look at some recent research here in the US and in Europe that says vitamins don’t do jack. That’s right we said it. There is no evidence that synthetic vitamins reduce your risk of getting cancer or heart disease. In fact, the opposite is true they actually increase mortality rates in a percentage of the people studied.

Vitamins found in whole foods, on the other hand……………more news at 6:00.
